FAMA IA-63A Pampa

The IA-63A is a simple yet effective trainer with good export prospects. Argentina ordered 100 and, in partnership with LTV, the type was also offered for the US Air Force/US Navy Joint Primary Aircraft Training System requirement. Though not the first Argentine jet powered aircraft the IA-63A Pampa was the first to enter production. Deliveries of the IA-63A to the Argentina air force began in may 1988.
